§ 11-62. Exemptions.

The following persons shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter:
(1)

Persons acting pursuant to an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

(2)

Sheriffs, marshals, and other law enforcement officers acting in accordance with their powers and duties as public officers.

(3)

Duly licensed auctioneers, selling at auction.
