§ 11-74. Permit for extension of business beyond announced closing date.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a business after a date has been fixed for the closing of a business unless a permit for one, and only one, two weeks' extension period shall first have been obtained from the city. It shall be unlawful for any person granted an extension to conduct a business beyond the closing date fixed in the extension permit.
