No public lodging establishment may display or cause to be displayed on their property,
or upon any off-premises sign other than a billboard, any sign which may be seen from
any public highway, street or thoroughfare which includes rates for any accomodations
except the maximum rate for each type of accommodation which is available in the establishment
(e.g. double, single, efficiency) or the maximum rate for all accommodations available
in the establishment.
