§ 11-223. Responsibility; state law reference.

A pawnbroker is responsible for the training and actions of his agents or employees in the conduct of the pawnbroker's business in adherence to state or local laws regulating pawnbrokers. Reference is directed to S.C. Code, § 40-39-10 et seq., and South Carolina Code of Regulations Chapter 28, Section 28-200 as if set out verbatim herein.
