§ 12-52. Vehicles not to be driven on sidewalk, walkways.

(a)

The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area except at a permanent or temporary driveway.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle or ride any animal over or along any portion of the city parks, city sidewalks or other thoroughfares set apart and laid out for use of pedestrians, except at a permanent or temporary driveway.
