When a parking space is parallel with the adjacent curb or sidewalk, each vehicle
shall be parked in that space with the foremost part of the vehicle pointed in the
direction of the flow of the traffic. On two-way streets, proper parking causes the
right side of the vehicle to be adjacent to the curb or sidewalk.
(b)
When a parking space is at an angle from the adjacent curb or sidewalk, each vehicle
shall be parked in that space with the foremost part of the vehicle adjacent to the
curb or sidewalk.
