§ 12-142. Parking days and times limited in designated places; no exemption for decals.

(a)

When a sign is erected designating a parking space or spaces giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on the day or days so designated or for longer than the period so designated.

(b)

Resident decals are not exempt from the day and time use restrictions in timed parking spaces.
