§ 12-175. Unlawful to rent rental conveyances without a franchise.

It shall be unlawful, and a misdemeanor subject to penalty of $500.00 per vehicle per day for rental conveyances regulated by chapter 12, article V to be operated or rented by a rental business within the city limits without franchise authority granted to the rental business by the city council.
