§ 12-187. Rental contract and safety brochure must be in possession of operator.

It shall be unlawful for the operator not to be identified as an operator in the rental contract under which the vehicle is being operated and have in his or her possession a copy of the rental contract and safety brochure dated and signed by him or her that day.
