§ 13-2. Goals and objectives.

The establishment of goals and objectives is essential in providing a focus for the court in the conduct of its duties. The chief administrative municipal judge shall annually, or with such frequency as council may direct, formulate, revise, and report its goals to the city council and the city manager. Court personnel shall be provided with a copy of the report. The council shall evaluate and respond to such goals and objectives in accordance with the city's strategic plan, the council's policy priorities, and the powers and duties of the court under state law and municipal ordinances.
