§ 13-46. Temporary absence of the chief administrative judge.

During the temporary absence of the chief administrative municipal judge by reason of illness, disability or other cause, the municipal court shall be conducted by an assistant or presiding municipal judge or another specially appointed temporary judge designated by the council to act as the chief administrative judge.
