§ 13-71. Victim's advocates.

Under the supervision, direction and oversight of the city attorney, the victim's advocates shall perform their duties as prescribed. The victim's advocates shall be evaluated annually by the city attorney, who shall provide the evaluation and advisory reports to the manager. As with all non-appointed personnel, the manager shall retain administrative oversight as the chief executive officer of the city.
