§ 14-7. Summoning police.
(a)
Calling or summoning the police to deal with a disorderly person or public safety concerns shall not be grounds for police action against the business, unless the frequency of summoning the police:
(1)
Exceeds four times in any four-week period; and
(2)
Also is reasonably related to management practices or inadequate security practices.
(b)
The police shall identify those incidents reasonably related to management practices or inadequate security practices that have been determined to contribute to the frequency of police action, and thereafter the business shall have the opportunity to revisit and revise its safety plan to deal with the problems.
