§ 14-237. Offenses.

(a)

It shall be a misdemeanor for a minor to remain in a public place during curfew hours.

(b)

It shall be a misdemeanor for a parent or guardian of a minor to knowingly permit, or to allow by exercising insufficient control, the minor to remain in a public place during curfew hours.
