§ 17-37. Postcollection practices.

Mobile refuse receptacles returned to curbside after collection shall be removed by 11:00 p.m. on the day of collection. The property owner or occupant shall be responsible for such removal. Failure to remove the receptacle shall constitute a violation of this article.
