§ 19-95. Penalties.

Latest version.

Any person who violates or causes to be violated any provision of this chapter or permits any such violation or fails to comply with any of the requirements herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine in accordance with S.C. Code 1976, § 5-23-690.
