§ 20-5. Amendments to chapter.

Latest version.

The planning commission shall hold public hearings on any amendment to this chapter prior to its adoption, notice of which shall appear not less than ten days nor more than 30 days prior to the hearing date. The notice of hearing shall be made in a newspaper having general distribution in the area of jurisdiction.
