Any act or thing prohibited or the failing to do any act or thing commanded to be
done in a public place within the city limits, under authority of adopted Rules of
Conduct, Title 16 of the Code of Laws of the State of South Carolina, or the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Myrtle Beach.
(b)
Any act or omission made unlawful under this chapter shall include causing, allowing,
permitting, aiding, abetting, suffering, or concealing any such act or omission.
