§ 11-107. Reports of violations; investigations by city.

Latest version.

Any person who has reported to him or has cause to believe that an offense has or is being committed under this article shall report such offense immediately to the city. The city shall make an investigation, and if such an offense has or is being committed, it shall forthwith issue notice to the offender that he has committed or is committing such offense. The official shall immediately thereafter report his findings to the city manager for appropriate action.
