§ 11-108. Suspension or revocation of licenses for violations.

  • In addition to any other penalty imposed for a violation of this article, the license of any public lodging establishment may be suspended or revoked. Upon complaint having been made, the city manager is authorized to require the alleged offender to show cause before the city council on the fifth day after service of such notice why his license should not be suspended or revoked. If it is determined by the city council, upon the information produced before it at such hearing, that a violation of any provision of this article has occurred, the city council may suspend or revoke the license of such lodging establishment.
