§ 12-97. Parking more than 18 inches from a curb.

Every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel to and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb, except where angle parking is permitted and except on one-way streets where parking is permitted on both sides. No violation of this section shall be deemed to have occurred whenever such parked vehicle is located within the outside boundary lines or pavement marks indicating the limits of such parking space when such exist.
