§ 12-150.11. [Parking on street-ends from 31 Avenue northern city limits; parking on Beach Drive.]

(a)

Vehicle parking on the street-ends from 31 ^st Avenue northern city limits shall permitted only by paid parking at the rate established by council resolution, or by resident parking decals issued under Section 12-141, non-resident golf cart decals issued under Section 160 (c), or under a permission granted by the manager acting in discretion to manage parking.

(b)

Parking on Beach Drive shall be restricted under a plan administered by the Manager and approved by council resolution.
