§ 12-152. Cruising prohibited.

Cruising as defined in section 12-151 is hereby prohibited in the city. The person operating a vehicle at the time the vehicle passes a traffic control point for the second or subsequent time shall be guilty of the offense of cruising and shall be subject upon conviction, to the penalties established in section 1-9 of this Code.
