§ 13-17. Establishment and disposition of fines, costs and penalties.

(a)

All fines, costs and penalties, and other monies collected by the municipal court shall be forth with paid over by the clerk of the municipal court to the finance director as treasurer of the city. The clerk of municipal court shall provide all necessary information to the finance department for the timely disbursement of all funds collected by the court.
