Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 13-16. Record of proceedings.
Any party shall have the right to have the testimony given at trial in the municipal court taken stenographically or mechanically by a reporter, provided that nothing in this section shall operate to prevent any such party from mechanically recording the proceedings or operate to require the municipal court to record or transcribe testimony when not required to do so by the general law of the state. The requesting party shall pay the charges of such reporter for the taking and transcribing of testimony if recorded by a municipal court reporter.
