§ 17-35. Points of collection.

On the day of collection, unless otherwise provided by this article, it shall be the responsibility of the owner or occupant to place refuse receptacles at the curbside or at the edge of the vehicular travelway as specified in sections 17-25(1), 17-25(2) and 17-25(3). No refuse receptacles or container, unless otherwise provided in this article, shall be stored in front of a building or dwelling except on the day of collection.
