§ 12-95. Parking near intersections.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle within 30 feet of an intersection or driveway/curb cut on any street on which the speed limit is greater than 30 miles per hour.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle within 20 feet of an intersection or driveway/curb cut on any street on which the speed limit is 30 miles per hour.
(c)
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle within 15 feet of an intersection or driveway/curb cut on any street on which the speed limit is 25 miles per hour or less.
(d)
On a temporary or permanent basis, the city manager or his designee may mark any location on any street with an official traffic control device to prohibit parking upon a determination that parking at that location would create an unacceptable risk to public safety.
