§ 13-11. Jury selection.

(a)

The drawing and composition of juries for single trials of terms of court shall be conducted according to state law, as from time to time amended, relating to the drawing and composition of juries in the municipal courts.

(b)

Unless otherwise provided by state law, each party shall have a minimum of six peremptory challenges for cause as the court may permit.
